AirVenture 2026, here we come!

A week from today Rutan Aircraft Flying Experience will be arriving at AirVenture 2026.

This is going to be a great year because since last years Oshkosh, it has been a fantastic year.

Two of the worlds only versions of iconic Rutan designs will be returning, our VariViggen

and the Solitaire. I say these are the only ones left flying not to brag, but to be proud that we’ve been able to keep an example of these flying and each year I hope to be proven wrong. How cool would it be to see another Viggen or Solitiare at AirVenture this year!

In addition to these very special airplanes, several of our other aircraft will be there and if, all the stars align, we hope aother very special Rutan design might show up. Not saying anything until it does but if it does this will be a big deal for fans of Burts designs.

Monday,  July 20^{th ,} 8:30 am, Tune in to EAA Radio and hear whats planned for RAFE all week at 8:30 am.

Later that morning at 10am we’ll be hosting Homebuilts in Review at the Homebuilders Hangar presentation area and will be discussing Rutan designs with a couple of our aircraft on display.
